#About

It's not just a nice title: it's how I approach every challenge. Whether with code, data, people or under the pressure of a crisis, my instinct is the same — understand the problem at its core and turn it into a solution.

I started as a junior apprentice at Bradesco in 2005. Almost 20 years later, I am Corporate Risk Manager at the same institution, and I keep learning, building and delivering.

I combine hands-on software engineering (PHP, C#, Python, Ruby, JavaScript and more) with strategic management of risk, crises and high-performance teams. I move between strategic and operational levels, turning complexity into clarity and decisions.

Outside work: married to Mary, father of three, into video games, reading and family outings. Life is about solving problems and being happy.
